Everyone may have different opinions about tiers.
Also, the tiers can change due to future balance patches.
However, at least as of September 1st, the monsters I have rated as Tier C or D have very poor performance.

Dark shinji is pretty fun and he’s literally only 1 small tweak away from seriously OP status. His skillset is ridiculously good, and his range is decent, he just needs to increase the rate he gains synchronization

@@storyteller_tv not worth retesting until they buff his synchro rate, it takes too long for him to ramp up right now. That’s his main issue

I really wanted Dark Shinji during the Collab, now I can't believe I wasted almost 350 scrolls on Dark Shinji, but at least I have the consolation that I also got Light Rei, she's amazing

Wasted 650 on light mari but couldn't get it in the end and the event ended. Pulled 7 random nat5 stupid, stupid, very stupid rate. Regular nat5 0.0002% while light mari 0.2%

Yes but New Acc (Weak point counter) is very annoying to using light raven now :( I think the meta is changing again
