Lmao i use to work at Zara too, and left bc the general manager would lash out on employees for not taking their job as serious as her🙄 she literally would interrogate you if you called in sick and assume you’re lying. No empathy or nothing, it was very much toxic. Plus a few of the other managers were an emotional mess and spoke to the associates any damn way. I had to get into a verbal dispute with one of them for talking crazy bc I can’t hold my tongue with disrespect😭

I worked at Zara in Belgium and half of the staff were bullies. I had a whole burn-out at 19 years old because I couldn’t defend myself and I couldn’t understand why they were like this until I almost fought the bully girl and HR started sending me warning letters 😭. Zara managers like advisors like that because they’re bullies themselves behind closed doors, they just let some workers carry the bad vibes for them until you’re drained and you leave. Very weird store!!! Anyway love you Justin ❤️
