My ex-BF (white guy) was someone I met online playing video games. Before me, he was just sitting at his parent's house every day, playing video games, not doing anything. But once we started talking more seriously and realizing we had feelings for each other, he got a job and saved up his money to come see me abroad (I'm a black woman but live in Asia). So, men can and will get up and go if they're truly motivated. They're gonna make a way for what they want. Don't entertain anyone who says they cannot.

You know every WMBW Relationship I have ever seen is absolutely AWESOME, everybody seems Happy and Thankful. I have a cousin that is married to a beautiful BW and they're expecting twins in May. Shawnda and Michael, what y'all just said about she came and got you, and said Not this one! That brought tears to my eyes. Its wonderful. Thats what I love about BW, they make you a better man, and help you be that person, and they love you, like its supposed to be. You know the 2015 Census Marriage statistics show that WMBW Marriages are the Most Successful by far over a 10 yr period, 40% less like to divorce than a WMWW marriage, thats huge. Every relationship has rough patches, but getting through them makes the marriage stronger, I believe respect is the key.

What a love story. I met my husband on POF too. A friend at work told me about the app. We're in a long distance relationship. He is Canadian and I'm living in the Caribbean. I met my hubs on POF too. He tried talking to me for 2 years off and on. I finally agreed to meet. He didn't have anything either and that didn't matter. I didn't want anything serious because I had just got out of a relationship like right before meeting him. I told him I didn't want him as anything more than a friend. I just wanted friends because I was over men. Welp he showed up and never left. We have been together almost 3 years in April. We met in April 2019 and married August 2019. Sometimes things just happen when you least expect it. Congratulations you guys. God bless. Funny thing is we lived an hour apart and he wanted to meet like badly. I wasn't having it. One day he called me and I was upset and he asked whats wrong. I told him that the store that was right by my place was out of nacho cheese doritos. He finally got me to cave so I gave him the address. He drove all the way to my place which was an hour away just to give me the biggest bag of chips he could find. After that it was us. Me and my wife been married 23 yrs and have disagreed on things but we never argue. Getting injured in the military put me in a dark place and heavily medicated, but my wife helped me get through it. Now I use cannabis and not the 40 pills a day I took. Marriage isn't always easy but you push through to make each other better.
