Saw some frozen salmon on sale recently. Do you know if frozen fish works on a smoker? Most smoked salmon I've had was cold smoked, from fresh fish. Fun story.

You can smoke frozen fish. I've done it several times. Just takes a little longer to cook. You can also bake fish frozen in the oven. Baked frozen fish twice last week. Came out perfect. Hope this helps you out! Thanks for watching! Stay Safe and Take Care!

You really want to brine it first, but yeah I don't mind frozen its ok, it actually helps while brining in refrig overnight check out Skoggits Hickory Smoked Honey Glazed Tilapia. That will work for salmon.
