Its a bit disappointing considering huawie collabed with Devialet, a brand who created the Phantom which is a BEAST... and now its SQ isnt even as good as the tribit and HK.

Phantom series Sound quality is just average. It has tons of bass but mids is quite hollow and treble is mushy. The previous gen of Soundjoy suffers from harsh and grainy treble. Devialet sound signature is worthless.

@@jesrelsunit60 yes at the physical store. I had my eyes on the Devialet Mania at that time and considering buying it but I was disappointed by what I heard. Its sound quality could be better if tuned properly and also tested out the bigger ones like the Phantom series specially the gold. And it isn't what I was expecting. It sure has bass but it was too boomy for my taste and mids is too nasally. The smaller one is better but still for that price, I expected an audiophile grade of sound quality.
