Simple...but sounds delish! I love burritos, and this would take the MESS out of me making them 'properly'. ;)

Hello from Texas. This looks delicious and easy even for a single elderly man. I will definitely give this a try. It has all the ingredients that I like.

The other day I saw a urgent headline that I thought you put up. I thought, if Alaska Granny is making this video things must be serious. I clicked on it and it was Alaskan Prepper! LOL. nothing to worry about

That looks good AG. I thought you were just going to scoop the mixture into the tortillas instead of adding them to the pan. I guess either way would be tasty. Thanks for the idea.

Very Nice!. I generally use fresh chicken breast for a sweet and sour dish, but I intend to use canned chicken when needed, with onions and sweet peppers,(again,I use fresh but I have dehydrated ones), a can of drained pineapple in juice, and carrots(fresh, drained canned or again, dehydrated. When using dehydrated vegetables, I will use the juice from the pineapple to rehydrate them. I add a bottle or jar of sweet and sour sauce and warm thoroughly, and serve with rice. For a quick, off-grid meal I ill use instant orpremade, [packaged rice. (For the instant rice, you can also use the juice from the canned pineapple or carrots.)

Fresh is best, but we need to have food that can last.

When I was growing up my mom made tacos with Campbell's chili soup but I don't think you can buy it anymore. At least I haven't seen it in stores lately.

I buy Campbell's Chili Soup at Dollar General. It's usually placed on an end cap with a few other cans of soup and other brands of Chili. Thanks for the burrito recipe.

A.G. I'm jealous you "staying cool on Alaska" 111° again today. We finally tried your Baby Reds Potatoes and we live them. If tortillas not on hand put chili on Baby Reds. We tried Roadted Garlic instant mash they're so good. Well enjoy yourself dtsying cool.

Yum. I need to use up cans of refried beans they might work in your recipe. Do refried beans keep well past best by date? Do they go rancid? I bought 3 cases at Costco and the best by daye is very soon. Kinda worried. Thanks
