I’ve seen a lot of bands in my time, was a concert junkie for a long while and I’ve seen a lot of great acts. No one....and I mean no one was a better frontman than Scott Weiland. Saw them on the Tiny Music and No 4 tours and you absolutely couldn’t take your eyes off him he was that good and the rest of the band was such a powerful musical unit, they just kept coming at you. It kills me what happened to him. I remember being lucky to see them for the Tiny Music tour with so many dates that got cancelled because of his issues. They were a big band back in the nineties and I remember instead of them just completely taking over during that Tiny Music period, which is where they were headed, they lost a ton of momentum with what went on. If you saw these guys in their prime, consider yourself lucky, I know I do.

Outstanding! I miss Scott so much, equally is Dean's guitar excellence!! Man I saw them at Red Rocks outside of Denver in 93? He wearing a cast like had he had broken his wrist and still blew me away and I'm so fucking picky. Dean and Bro did the most excellent job and still one of my most important concerts of my life. I believe it was Lallapalooza, 92,93 [ Its been awhile}

One of the greatest voices in Rock ever! Sounding better than ever! But Weiland will never LOOK like he did when he was 28....no one in their 40's does. BUT The VOICE! Thats what matters.
