I work with a Bulgarian CSKA supporter with very little English in a joinery. Thanks st pat's for a full day of "never mind where's the hammer gone, where's the goalkeeper gone" and I let him finish work 5 minutes early to acknowledge CSKA Sofia finishing 5 minutes early as well. Looking forward to bringing him to the game in tallagh.

Tim Clancy actually helped as an assistant with Kilmessan FC in Meath many years ago, for a brief period before, getting a job as first team coach of Trim for a while, where hes from himself. His first job of LOI came with Drogheda in 2017 and Im not surprised with the success hes had so far a manager.

This match was actually shown live on RTE news channel, but yes on the whole RTE have ignored LOI, instead focusing more on GAA and horse racing.

I made a comment last week after Sligo knocked out Motherwell, our Irish clubs have to be taken a lot more seriously and a lot more money has to be pumped into the youth sections, players will have to have more faith in themselves too , We lose too many youths going to England , we have to make it more attractive for them to stay here by increasing wages etc , Rovers did very well too last night, Not sure what happened sligo, after knocking out Motherwell it looks like a mental collapse, I don't know anything about this game but you cannot be conceding 5 goals like that , this is where mental strength has to come in and be exercised , I'm very surprised with this terrible result but well done I suppose on getting this far
