PG&E only lasts 10 minutes and consumes the material components to cast, so they can't spam it.

@@FlutesLootI was under the impression that because no material cost was provided that the amount of components used was neglible. How do you decide how much is used to limit spamming it?

@@anachronisticon since the spell says, "which the spell consumes" for the material component, it has an inherent cost. Holy Water is given a cost of 25 gold in the PHB. It seems clear to me that the cost is 25 gold per casting even if someone goes with the second material option. I bet most DMs are unaware or uncaring of this detail and they just let players cast it. DMs often don't care about these details (ammo, small costs) unless they're significant like in resurrection spells.

I wish I could recall. I saved it as Rahadin executing dusk elves, but it looks more like Strahd as I look at it today.
