Serious Question: How do we build up those black communities without it leading to gentrification. I am sorry is this is an ignorant question. It seems like just as it was stated in this in the segment that gentrification seems inevidible. Is it as simple as offering grants and loans to local residents and other black owned businesses making sure apartments that are rehabbed stay within affordable housing standards and building community centers and affordable after school activities?
