hello sir,actually i have a doubt in this is the question: A light ray emits from the origin making an angle 30° with the positive x-axis. After getting reflected by the line x + y = 1, if this ray intersects x-axis at Q, then the abscissa of Q is (this question was done in percentile booster batch 1q), in this question how i tried to solve was to find a mirror image of origin(1,1...after solving) point then finding point of intersection and then getting a line equation while doing so i took x1=1 and y1=1in the formula y=y1=(y2-y1/x2-x1),but in that you took the point of incidence as x1 and y1,and finally i got a different answer(option b,but d is the right answer). can you pls tell me where i went wrong plss....

Don't be get confused. Your method is correct. Actually if you watched the lecture properly then Sir Solved and got answer 2/√3(1+√3) Which is Option B but sir by mistake ticked Option D
