The counterpoint to Scar was Carlos. I think, later, they did put out a third in the series named Scorpion. I still use the body and head from the BBI female fighter pilot that came with the brown jumpsuit for my hospital corpsman base medic build. I wish I still had all those metal weapons and grenades from back in the day.

For now BBI, Dragon Models, and Very Hot, are the lines that my budget can afford which are old sets. My favorite that I have here is the "Uniform Set: Very Hot Blackwater PMC (0907)".
