Damn, thats a beautiful truck. My dream spec would be late 1990s or very early 2000's 379 with a 3406e or a 6nz-C-15, but the 389 is just as pretty and a-lot newer too. Thanks for the content.

Amazing footage! I drive here alot in American Trucksimulator... And that game doesnt do justice to the real deal... Buuut i did recognize it. From what i can see just after entering AZ again towards Utah right ? (St George) I dont really care for the smooth design of the 389, but yours is mint!!! Beautifull colour with a great engine! Nice truck. I watch your video with the drop axle and you said you running 3.08 rear gears. If you really pull heavy that ratio is going to fail you. You need to go stronger which will give the engine and transmission less work. You need a 3.73 in 46k pound differential.
