I have a audi a5 2012 with both resonators deleted and supersprint muffler at the end. Sounds super good, still has some drone but a good sounding drone not an annoying drone.

You should’ve done only muffler delete and center resonator delete it sounds good and also way less drone then having all resonators deleted and mufflers as well

I'm looking at buying either the Audi B8 2.0 TFSI or the E90 320d M sport, any advice before I make a decision? I haven't had the chance to drive any of the 2 yet, but having driven some slightly older BMWs before I know they are good to drive, but from what I hear the A4 is nowhere near as good to drive as the 3 series.

Irshaad Shaikh My previous car was a 1serie BMW (123d) and i absolutely loved to drive the car. Because it was a rwd car the handling is so much nicer/funner! A fwd car has a stiffer handling. For engine tuning options a petrol car is always the way to go in my opinion. If your budget alows it, i would recommend looking for a 330i/335i. Those are amaizing cars! 😉

You could just straight pipe it, but for your ears it isn't the best option xD. What i would recommend is delete your cats and maybe your silencers. Do keep the resonator! It will prevent drone for the most part. If you do this, you should have some nice pops.

Are these cars expensive to maintain?

It all depends on what brands you use and if you let a shop do the work. I don't like to use cheaper brands and i try to do most of the work myself. If you want to buy a 2.0tfsi, make sure the previous owner has replace the cylinder gaskets. This a known issue on these engines and the burn a lot of oil with the faulty cylinder gaskets. Also this is a expensive repair. So make sure these are replaced ;) Once they are replace it is a strong and reliable engine!

It is 2.75" piping. After the turbo there is still the cat. But from that point it is straight to the back
