My life motto since1991 is "I would rather be rejected for who I am than to ever be accepted as someone I am not". I'm 50 and have always been very petite and feminine by nature. I'm called "sir" and "ma'am" pretty much every time I'm in public. Neither one is better than the other. Although many people see "female" I personally have no need to change my body parts, some people do. My size is proportionate to my body and have never had a complaint. My hope in sharing this is to tell anyone to be who you are. The size of a mans penis is no match to the size of their character and honesty of self. Thanks for sharing this video. I'm definitely a new subscriber and will watch the content !!

Personally I find the affirmation “enough” to be a great way of self acceptance. I accept that I am “enough” the enoughness is merely a shortcut removing all of the numerous qualifiers that clog and weigh down my inner conversation. If I, with total vulnerability, and acceptance of what IS, can say I am enough, it then allows me a base upon which to grow, to improve. Today I’m good enough, tomorrow I will endeavour to be a little better.

It is somewhat true, that we do tend to look for the size, yet I am more in the direction and conformity of thickness rather than length. As I became much older in age and less activity but camaraderie, then again it never dies. I used to think that territory on bleeding after sex was... me been alpha and after ten or more years it become more automatic rather than lust for it. Personally, I guess I really arrived to my final station in life. Everything change with time, no more altruism and guesses for that is who I am on that department. Why are exaggerated reports of penis size so popular in the gay community in particular? they seem so self defeating. I guess that could be said of many facets of our general standards of beauty? I..e. how many men or women closely resemble the ideals? We've evolved ideals that leave more and more of us all way below the mark. It's interesting to compare American and UK television shows; Americans seem to hire more actors that are attractive; Brits seem to prefer "average" joes (and janes).

Interesting and informative. Interesting specifically because of perspective. In ancient Greek time, a large penis was seen as undesirable as it resembled those of animals - horses, dogs and the like. This is reflected in the sculptures and paintings of the masters. David!?! So when did this shift towards coveting a larger penis come about? hmmmm

I don't think porn is "a wonderful extrapolation of reality" most often it's a vile abusive distortion of reality that encourages people to believe sex is a vile abusive act, particularly vulnerable age groups. Of course it need not be and I'm not anti-pornography at all, it's just there is hardly any good pornography that makes one feel the emotions and joy, surprise, ecstasy. It's not even about the intimacy so much though that is of course important. The act itself is either just so incredibly dull or alternatively abusively portrayed. Meat either way. Both straight and gay.

It's a package for both sexes. But especially LGBTQlX-PAN. Who are 110% strictly a bottom. Straight men & women & LGBTQ. Its is the "looks" that attracts you first. Then when you start meeting the person. And you realize. You don't like there personality. Their ideas. How they think about certain subjects. Maybe they are: Arrogant, Self-Centered, Egotistical, Shallow, materialistic. And you don't like that or if you are like that: & you like guys like that: you might be a "match". And that goes for "Straight" attraction also. I had a co-worker (Female) at work. That she said to me she had to see the "member"(of course months in the relationship to the "next level". So he won't think she was easy!)She said: not that it had to be large. But she had to like it. Before she continues the relationship(Sounds Familiar?) The "Package" for both (in my opinion is Beauty is in the eye of the beholder then.) They wanna know like "Elite Singles" 1)What are you studying 2)What are your goals. I am Gay. 3)What kinda car you have. 4)Are you gonna buy a House. 5) Are you a Top or a Bottom. 6)Where do you work. 7)What do your Parents do for a living. They would ask me all of this on the first date! But sometimes I say if the "Sex" "Love Making" does not work. Nothing works! But like they say you can't "live on love❤alone"! This also goes for Heterosexuals also. And 110% Bottoms might let some things slide. If they like "the subject you're talking about" even women. (But we all know in dating when we are being used) It happened to me a typical tall skinny guy. But when they ran with the list of questions. I did not fit the "package" except for the "subject".(Yes all guys add an inch!) I think I was Handsome & had a good heart. And more positive things. But not a workout body. Also I don't drive. So for a gay "date" we have to go in "Separate Cars"? Btw I did not fit the whole package. Nobody wanted me of both Sexes! But guess what: At a relatively young age I don't have a mtg anymore! So it was there loss not mine. And a group of friends are 6six feet under. After having survived a dangerous decade. So I have a lot to be thankful. I am so glad for you that you found happiness! I am just happy to be Alive! And have good health the most important thing in life!

Really helpful. The trick for me is staying mindful of great advice like yours. I feel mentally lazy because I let the old thought patterns (tapes) just run - it's almost unconscious and SO ingrained. I have lived my 52 years in shame. I am deeply ashamed of my body, lack of financial success (whatever that is), and the fact that at this point in life I find myself friendless. Friendless not for being unkind or unloving. Friendless because I'm so deeply shy I don't reach out to others - I wall myself up for fear of being rejected/embarrassed/ashamed. I recently joined a gym to improve my health but that dark side of me wants to take over and workout in order to look "better" or to look handsome/hot. And as you say and I know so well from past experience, no matter how hard I lift weights, no matter how much muscle I gain or weight I lose I will still feel ugly. And there's nothing I can realistically do to improve MY member, which is 5"X5" - very much the lowest end of normal. (The first 3 people I was ever intimate with shamed me about my dick.) The only upside to that is In the 1980's when I was in my teens and early 20's, I didn't mess around with very many other men because of my insecurity about my dick. This was a good thing because I feel pretty certain it saved me from AIDS (which killed 100% of its victims back then). I don't wish to demean your excellent video by harping about self-esteem problems. I will re-watch and subscribe an try to be more mindful of my thoughts. My billion dollar poetic and beautiful English language gift to you is : Never end a sentence or question with the word “at” or any preposition. Heartfelt thanks for your morning meditation today (latter part of this video). Much love, peace, fun, and confidence

As a Latino I can relate to bfs culture it's norms on society. Particular when it comes to my small penis size and the difficulty I have accepting or embracing it. Thank you for such a powerful video perhaps it would help me begin the healing process. Although I have a long way to go because I am not even out of the closet. Thanks again for a wonderful video.

"If someone has one foot in yesterday and one foot in tomorrow then that person is pissing all over today." Likewise, suffering yesterday and suffering again tomorrow means that today has not been taken advantage of very well either. In my humble suggestion, I encourage you to work on being honest with your own self, loving yourself, and doing so whilst you are living life today. It may take a while and you might have to learn a lot of new lessons about life. However, the sooner you start the sooner you can find yourself and end that suffering. All of the best energy to you!

I have absolutely no idea why KZbin recommended me this video, my recommendations are usually about crafts and arts. Maybe it's because I've been watching nature videos? 😉 Whatever the case, it's a great video! Good job addressing such a mythicized and stigmatized topic! I hope more people see it! 👍👍 ❤❤❤

It's nice to hear a very intelligent perspective on this topic. Gay men don't really have role models. They don't rise above the sex trap and look for something more meaningful in a person than what they see. For many reasons men don't want to have or express emotion, and this only inflates men into becoming promiscuous. Love is the greatest feeling any person can feel, and it's sad that men don't want this. And then there's the expectations that men have when looking for someone, and it's mostly physical. We, as gay men, have created our own burden of having and looking for physical attributes which devalues men of having any worth other than just a vehicle to get off. It's sad that we treat each other this way. Learn to love and you can learn to find out what real happiness is!

Wonderful video. One quick cheap way. If you feel you want to look bigger. Is to simply trim your public hair. It visually makes a difference. Obviously it doesn't actually increase the size. Dxx

My husband falls in the mr large category. Fortunately he's mostly btm other than 2 or 3 times a year. He has to get me a little drunk to take that when that rare mood hits. Fun to play with though. I was was definitely surprised the first time I saw it a full mast.

It's an interesting topic . He was actually insecure about being too big as a btm. He had experiences prior that when other guys saw his dick they suddenly wanted him to top them. Was a big turn off for him. I'm like nope i'm all about your great ass..lol. He works hard on that and it's definitely appreciated.

@@johniii8147 I can definitely agree with that statement, several times I’ve had hookups where I intended to bottom (which is not very often for me) and when we get to the naked part suddenly they want me to top, even if the have a large member themselves.
