is it possible that doing some of these could relieve dizziness? I've been having dizziness and after doing some of these for my neck and shoulders the dizziness went away
@BodyologyMassageSchool10 жыл бұрын
Yes, it might help but you need to do it reasonably as if you do it too strong it may increase the problem

That technique may work, but it's not Strain Counterstrain.
@BodyologyMassageSchool8 жыл бұрын
Yes, you are right! It's a combination of a strain counterstrain and positional release. well spotted.

I saw no strain counter-strain technique - I may have missed it, but the title of the video is so misleading.

@@BodyologyMassageSchool Strain counterstrain was developed by Jones. Positional release therapy was developed by Carrie D Ambrosia one of Jones's students. This did not appear to be the work of either of them. Close but not the work.

Can you have a massage if you have cervical spondylitis ?
@BodyologyMassageSchool9 жыл бұрын
+LittleBlondeBear yes, you can. but it depend on the severity. If its really sever, I would not treat and refer to other osteopath or physio. but on moderate to mild condition, massage has a huge amount to offer.
@WLNS4Life6 жыл бұрын
Depends on what you mean by "massage" and the expertise of the therapist
