They do survival stuff all the time, and I think if this dad can bring his 4yo son out in a blizzard in the middle of Alaska and have fun, he can tell you a thing or two about surviving in the wild. Okay you did not disappoint with the ‘backcountry’ video. 😂 You guys are hilarious! If you ever end up in my neck of the woods aka Alberta, Canada 🏔️ definitely be more prepared. The views are spectacular but the bugs, bears, cougars, ticks etc are a whole other story. 🐻🐛

If we were to be hit with a EMP and power never came back and society went into ruins and then everyone had to go into survival mode, these guys would be the first to go... How you gonna know you're going into the woods for 3 days and you only bring cereal, a cup, lamp, sleeping bags, clothes, barely any water if any, and a board game smh... Then not using the fire as a bug repellent from the smoke to help the night times and also warmth, which they could have just made right at the entrance where its barely covered by the cave in case of rain and also to keep smoke outside and some inside but would still repel mosquitoes most importantly.. and than didn't forget to bring toilet paper but forgot more important things, and then homie takes a dump above their camp site instead of below it because it would help keep the smell away, prevent it possibly rolling down or being washed down by rain towards them... This generation is doomed if that's all the common sense people have nowadays to where if electricity was to go out forever or for a long time, that just would eliminate a whole generation fast because they can only live with electricity and phones smh 🤦🏼‍♂️ hope people teach the young survival mode responsibilities and ways to survive with the main basic things to know to stay alive, like getting food by fishing/hunting, fruit/vegetable gathering and knowing whats good to eat and not to eat, and defense methods against animals or even humans if times come to that point.. just the main basic necessities to stay alive until they can further create shelter and food...

@@ImDirteDanthey know that they are only doing it for 100 hours, so they goof around, survival is taught in elementary school dude, you are just mad that you had to figure it out on your own, a kid with internet access for 20 minutes each day for a week can learn more than their grandparents for their childhood and adulthood for 30 years, most kids know how to survive better than their parents/grandparents, and a emp wave would not be able to wipe out all power, humans that run the power grid know how to make power, coal mining, fossil fuels, natural gas etc, only renewable energy would be out, solar, water, nuclear etc, so you don't know how a emp works but a 18 year old working as a gas station cashier knows more than you do, a person probably in the ranges of 60-90 because boomers hate on any generation below them because even though someone 5 times younger than you knows more, yall really need to go back to school, oh wait, all of yall will die from old age before getting to high school.

watching them all freak out over those little caterpillar things is hilarious. and for those of you who don't know, they aren't caterpillars. they grow on trees and they get everywhere. I forgot their name, but to my knowledge they have a similar function to pinecones and they spread pollen. they aren't insects and they are completely harmless. although they do like to stick to things like clothes, bags, etc.
