Looks rad. I would add a fold down bunk bed above the bed on the starboard side. The AC kinda prevents you from putting one on the port side. I might rethink the AC spot and add a bunk. Being a vessel built for function and research, being able to accommodate more brains would seem to be a primary goal for the boats purpose. The thing is pretty rad! I plan to build a raft/house boat from wood some day. Potentially use aluminum pontoons salvaged, but ultimately I would likd to be able to transport it. A large wood raft isn't so easy to transport.

Fresh water is going to be a very large issue very quickly... You need to have several inflatable solar stills (count on 2 per person) or find some way to distill sea water asap. At the very least you need half a gallon a day each to survive, more if you plan on moving around and doing things. That does not include cooking or sanitation.
