Their cakes are amazing, not to mention the bread, and it'll have you cooing at the window for certain. I travel 20mins by car to go there, they're that good.

I once went to my local chocolate shop, and upon entering the shop, I found the owner talking to some guy. When they saw me come in, the owner introduced me as a regular... No name, just 'a regular'.. In truth, that bill for 'presents' could just as easily have been mine.. :-D

listen, my dad has a friend who opened a chocolate shop. We go there multiple times a year to get my mom chocolate for various holidays, it makes total sense that you'd spend over $100 in a chocolate shop. They're expensive! But they're good 😋

It's at the estuary of The River Tyne, on the south side. North Shields is at the estuary of The River Tyne, on the north side. 'Shiels' were fishing huts. Early cartographers thought the locals couldn't speak properly, so named it 'South Shields', on their maps. When we pronounce our town 'South Shiels', as is right and proper, ignorant people try to 'correct' us. The appropriate response is 'Haddaway and shite, ye knaa nowt!". Which, roughly translated, means "Go away, you ignoramus!". Hope that helps.
