Yea that is kind of a problem in this type of game. He always takes and never replaces. Or he uses materials for pointless things like the rugs and the staircase. In this type of game resource management is very important.

I reacted to that too. Quite early he said stuff like how he was going to have to pull the whole team and such but I don't think he quite understood the research table so he just built it and walked away. He kept taking potatoes and eating them instead of replanting to increase the food supply. He scavenged for rocks instead of clay, sand, scrap and metals. He pulled the team alright... he pulled them down! Still fun to watch though. I've done everything in the game solo including building a pointlessly large raft and armoring it up. The grind made it kind of boring in the end and I wish I had that many friends to play a crazy raft game with.

I had to put this video on in the background or Chilled was going to make me go crazy, lol. He has been playing too many deception games. Have you seen the content he produces? He's as close to a mobile gamer as one can get. This is the first time in YEARS since he's played a game that wasn't a point and click. I miss the days when he played mine craft and the Sims, now he just stagnates playing among us and town of Salem as 50% of his content.. ones an old game that fell off and the other is a free to play game played through a literal website.... he might as well play happy wheels or go on new grounds for his content.

two smelters is FAR from too much, in my solo world I got 2 and they are going all the time and in the world with my friends we got 5 running at all times and even that feels like it isn't always enough. And the raft world is rather small and works like pac-man, when you each one edge, it simply teleports you to the opposite edge. So if you always head "north" then you will just run into the same island over and over, you gotta head a bit east and west to find "new" islands. And finally the sail can ONLY direct you perpendicular or along with the wind, north, it can't move you against the wind Unstuck does NOT teleport you to the raft, it teleports you to the nearest surface, which for platy would be the ISLAND

A trick I use to not waste a bunch of stone on anchors is using the paddle to go around to the other side of the island and allowing the current to drift you into the island wedging you there while you explore.
