What if the Queen likes to be scared? Sounds like the comic book law needs to be changed. Jonathan's old person voice had me laugh out loud, literally! These laws sound so old! Updates are needed in Canada! Definitely the plague was the reason for the rat owning law. Fear! Jonathan, you look like you are fighting to stay awake! Always your jolly self, though!
