Strange Crab Species - Catching And Processing Giant Spanner Crab

As a former commercial fishing boat owner, Atlantic blue crab, I was curious to see how the crab is opened and eaten, but that wasn't hardly shown. I've enjoyed many varieties of crab from all around the world and this one looks unique.
