This is what I like about modding elevators. Keep the original call stations and lanterns, leave 1 elevator untouched, and modernize the other cab(s) in the same elevator system.

They NEEDED Compass lol. And a Speed Increase too. With only 3 elevators for 40 floors, the service here SUCKS

Interesting. I like this mod, besides the fact that they got rid of the voice. Definitely the original motors & door equipment & possibly controllers.

A 90s controller wouldn't work with a Touchscreen. The controller is for sure replaced. The motors could be original, but they seem faster now than the old ones. Doors also are much smoother too

The motors sound original. And it sounds like for sure the door interlocks are original.

And it probably works because the touchscreens would go to some sort of board & then that board would go to the controller. And destination dispatch normally works w/ original controllers so I don't see why this wouldn't either.

Notice how the indicator on the modded elevator says "M" when it was actually on "MZ" and there is no "Z" key on the keypad.

This is more of a downgrade from what was here before. While they still are relatively fast I don’t like the touch2go at all. Also the door issues on the modded one makes the original ones look better. I don’t understand why they would bother to mod these either if they were already modded a while ago. They also managed to go from having a voice to no voice. All in all these mods both suck imo.

I agree tbh. The only reason I like this mod at all is cause they left one original, at least it looks like they are, and they still go fairly fast. Otherwise, I totally agree with you!!!
