there's a trick to boiling water and putting beam saber parts in the water for a brief period of time, builders will use this to add bends to beam sabers. Im sure it can be used to bring the beam saber back to being straight.

Yeah, straighten it when it's hot and then put immediately under cold water so it keeps that shape.
