22:33 okay as someone with night terrors, you can't learn to silence them. it's a sleep disorder. i don't know about anyone else because I've never met anyone else who has them but for me, they happen during times of stress and extreme fear/sadness. there is no silence because they involve screaming, shouting, and talking (often weird things such as "herbert hoover eats fruit". that's a real thing I've said in one of mine. please don't laugh or make fun of it though as actually experiencing a night terror is absolutely horrifying and can be traumatizing.) and they're incredibly loud. they're also very difficult to wake up from so there really is no silencing them. i promise you, if you're having a night terror, everyone in the house would know about it and possibly even the neighbors because you can sleep walk during them so if you found your way outside, it's very possible that 72 year old sammy across the street heard your bout of blood-curdling screams last night unless everyone in your family/street are amazingly deep sleepers. just wanted to educate because nobody seems to know about them.
