The crazy part is they showed 10's arm and it was triple digits with 010 and not just 10. They were planning on doing this to hundreds of kids to turn them into El or like El. That is messed up. Great reaction. Can not wait for the rest of them to pop up.

Yeah, I think you're spot on, they're gonna blame him... and there's no way to prove his innocence. Kind of obvious. And I'm certain no one will believe that an interdemensional being is responsible, no one is going believe in the Upside Down itself. That boy's life and reputation will be ruined. If you ask me, he'd be lucky to meet the same fate as Chrissy. At least if he died in a similar manner, then maybe they will realize it WASN'T him, and it'll at least clear his name and reputation.

These episodes being so long is what made the wait worth it. I haven’t finished Vol. 1 yet but I have loved every episode so far - story is dark but still good for those who aren’t into heavy gore. I knew Eddie was going to be blamed and based on her death I figured some things out from the trailer and was not ready for my emotions to hit me so hard in episode 4 but yeah episode 1 gave me a lot of insight into where this season was going.

Chrissy was not pregnant. She gets "sick" in purpose because she has anorexia or boulimia. She consulted for this trouble. When her "mother" talked to her (twice), we can understand that she had this health problem.

Fun fact something a lot of people don’t know is Eddie was based on Damien Echols of the west Memphis three. He, along with two friends were convicted of killing three young boys in the 90’s. Damien was the only one of the three to receive the death penalty simply because the towns people believed he was a devil worshipper. It was widely believed even by the victims parents that the three were innocent. They were convicted because one of the three was coerced and forced to confess even though he was mentally slow and afraid and was interrogated against the wishes of his parents and he was a minor. 18 years later they took an Alfred deal basically stating they were innocent but acknowledged that the police had enough evidence to convict them. Eddie was written to be innocent but greatly believed to be evil just like Damien.

Yeah her name is Jane Hopper. Jane was given by her mom and Hopper when he “adopted” her(Owens skipped the paperwork by just getting her a birth certificate with him as her dad). Eleven was just the number assigned to her at the hawkins lab.

Steve is one of my favorite characters, I like the new character Eddie this season A LOT. my ma told me that this season was very graphic and really creepy, a lot of other people that watched it said the same thing, i watched the first episode last night and yeah it was really graphic and creepy af. I watched the last episode today till July 1st to finish part 2. The bone cracking, I fucking hate that shit, creeps me tf out and the noise. they better not kill off Steve or Eddie, I mean I hope they don’t kill of anybody. the max part, it made me cry when she was floating in the air with that song, and then when it showed Billy, I cried because it brought back those fucking memories from last season 😞 episode 7 is a fucking twist and i was like oh my god wtf.
