Camazotz is actually a dimension beyond upside down.... Upside down is just a door between real world and camazotz.... That's why upside down looks like mixture of real world and camazotz (Strange dimension).... Somehow our crew would stuck in camazotz dimension and they will escape it

My theory is that the upside down is divided into three categories, for example: the rightside up (the title of the final episode), the upside down and camazots(goes beyond the upside down ) Because the duffers also said that they would explain to us what the upside down is and how it originated and maybe camazots is even something that not even vecna has knowledge of.

You mean something in between? Remember the flea and the acrobat. Mr. Clarke said the UD is the bottom and tbe rightside up is the top but in between are parallel universes Remember when Henry first was sent in Dimension X he was in between and getting zapped by lightning. And he met Mind Flayer in Dimension X. Remember MF? A dimension eating entity I think if anything Camatotz could be a parallel universe in between and the group figures out how to travel to the UD but get stuck in Camatotz and that's why you see a panic when they're (Steve, Dustin, Nancy, Jonathan) in Steve's BMW

I have read A Wrinkle In Time and i think Camazotz will be a world made by Vecna for his victims or for more people, it could be placed on his Mind's Lair probably. This place has a 50's style cuz of Henry's memories about that time he lived in, and that would explain why Holly and another character (who looked like Max) were wearing old dresses. In this place everything lives under Vecna's perfect rules (like Camazotz), also related to his speech in S4 E7 (no time, no days, etc...)

The episodes at the lab made some things very clear. One of them was that Henry taught El to use memories of things that made her angry to augment her power. If I’m not mistaken Brenner was wary if not opposed to this. That’s why he punished Henry. When El used her power to “get rid” of Henry it must be asked if she used the “dark side” to do it. When El met Kali, Kali also instructed 11 to use a memory containing anger. Now we’ve seen that from his perch in the upside down Henry uses people’s guilt or insecurity to destroy them from within. One wonders why, if that is the source of Henry’s power, he would instruct others to use anger instead? Is anger the gateway to the upside down? Is Henry’s power to take advantage of people’s guilt something he learned in the upside down? Learned from who? It doesn’t seem possible as the way he killed the kids in the lab was the same way he killed the 3 - Max. How did Henry develop his power? In Greek philosophy and mythology anger is not always aberrant. When anger is a response to injustice, anger is justified. What is the true gateway to the upside down? Is it in fact the death of psychic people that opens the gate? A certain kind of death? Is the upside down a storage dimension for psychic energy, a certain kind of psychic energy? Are there others like Henry who have found their way there? Found their way and built other realms, larger realms? Is Camazotz another realm in the Upside Down, ruled by another being other than Henry and the mind flayer?

Theories on Camazotz, question of the Wheeler family, why is Vecna interested in Holly Wheeler, she appears to have no powers. Now when Eleven was young, Henry aka Vecna he said he wanted Eleven at his side, she saw the evil in in him and rejected him. Holly could be the replacement for Eleven to be raised as Vecna's queen at his side. Now taking Holly could also be a tool Vecna is using the get at Mike because of his relationship to Eleven. Why Vecna would take Holly over Nancy or Mike parents, she's young and her mind might be easier to brainwash/program by Vecna. And another possibility is that Holly has powers as strong as Eleven's, but its dormant because Holly wasn't raised by Dr. Martin Brenner who trained Eleven from birth to bring the powers out. Vecna knows this because of his abilities to invade the mind along with having learned the methods of Dr. Brenner while working as an orderly at hawkins Lab. Nancy appears to also have some supernatural powers herself, it's almost as she was bred to be the perfect soldier, able to pick up any firearm as use it like an expert. Nancy is a somewhat sheltered upper middle class girl who has not had exposure or training relating to firearms, yet is able at beginning of Stranger Things is able to fire a pistol like an expert while Jonathan couldn't hit the side of a barn. And in each season she continues to show her expert skills with various firearms, which has had no training to use, yet picks the weapon up and uses it like she very familiar the weapon. And it seems Nancy is the go to person when it comes to firearms for the party. So it appears there may be some sort of super natural powers as relates to the Wheeler family sisters. Ted Wheeler like Mike appears to have no powers and seems somewhat introverted, not able to publicly express his feelings or emotions. The show never says what Ted does for a living other than by the family's life style of upper middle class. Could Ted Wheeler be a secret employee of Hawkins Lab, with a fake cover story "job" hiding the fact. Working with Dr. Brenner he became exposed to the chemicals/drugs used on the test subjects causing his female children to develop dormant powers. And what was Dr. Brenner trying to do at Hawkins lab, create super soldiers and super spies. And the origin story of Dr. Martin Brenner, sounds like a German name, at the end of WW2 the US rounded up German scientists so the US could benefit from their research. Sent to labs around the US they continued their work on creating rockets, military aircraft, and human research into creating better soldiers and spies. Dr. Brenner continued his work to create a master race of superhumans who his ego wanted them to call him Papa, father of the new superhuman master race.

That's a very good theory, I also think that vecna wants to reach holly to get closer to Mike as so as eleven, but i feel like vecna Will First kidnapp holly in her room, and maybe normal henry will somehow save her and take to wonderland as alice, so he can gain her trust and be on his side once for all, but i think that on the 3d episode as we know max will prolly save holly since she is stuck in vecna's mind lair, and eleven will be on her side helping max do so, making holly a very great character that is gonna be i bet at least in the top 5 most important ones this season

Theory - Camazotz is an alternate realm where vecna was thrown by eleven . When eleven touched demogorgon in s1 she created upside down and the two worlds ( real world ( rightside up) and camazotz ) got merged which lead to the formation of upside down on nov 6 1983 . Thats why upside down is stuck in the past on the day nov 6 bcz it was created on that day . Now ep 6 is camaztoz , ep 7 is bridge and ep 8 is real world . This bridge refers to upside down and its a perfect take by duffers on the episode title for the finale

Thank you! Every prequel media we got has been showing the mind flayer is the main villain, and vecna is just the 5 star general just like Dustin said in season four. Besides if Will is going to be one of the main characters this season it only makes sense to make the mind flare the main villain for him, it would be a great ending to his character arc to finally face the mind flare without fear, to finally face his fears.

If holly is manipulated by vecna. I hope she doesn't become a pack of rats coming out of her body. (The same thing with the other bobinsky when Coraline takes off his hat and chases the rat holding the soul containing wybie's great aunt only for her to get attacked by cotton candy). And I really hope holly doesn't control a tractor while possessed by vecna and sinks into a pond. (Just like the other father when he was controlled by the beldam at the garden when Coraline was looking for the first ghost eye containing a boy) I hope we get to see eleven and Kali working together fighting vecna just like Coraline and Wybie defeating the beldam's hand. (Because Wybie smashes the hand with a rock and Coraline uses her blue blanket to tie it up with the key and throws it into the great well. Avenging his great aunt, the other 2 ghost children, the other father, and the other Wybie)

I have a theory is: we know that camazotz is base on a ritual bats, and we know eddie got bitten by bats right? So what if eddie will come back to that episode and maybe save the hawkins or betray the st cast and proceeds to help vecna or vecna is controling him, and try to kill everybody and what if one of the mc will sacrifice to proceed to kill vecna or eddie (depends to the duffers) and kali / 008 saves them with jane / 011 and kills vecna at the 7th or 8th episode and revive max mayfield.

Camazotz finds Eddie. It turns him into a Kas like figure. He is given the sword of Kas. (Perhaps by Camazotz or perhaps vecna BELIEVES he’s a corrupted being but he’s not). Either way he’s given a sword. With it, he’s able to help defeat vecna.
