Season one feels way darker though, at least to me. I think because season one was a lot more real and grounded while this is a little too wacky. Like season one was about a mom who’s live was falling apart due to a missing child While this season she literally flies to Russia to try and break someone out of Soviet prison.

The most cursing I did watching this video was the ending scene with Chrissy being possessed by Vecna. She’s on the ceiling, her are and elbow contortion. Those eyes going to the back of her head😱. Watching younger people react to 80s and 90s bullying is both enlightening and hopeful. I was in school during the 80s and 90s and yeah... that was how it was. And teachers and parents usually told those of us being massively bullied that we should just try and fit in more. My mom told me when I was 10 that if I was being "picked on" (they never called it bullying) that i must be doing something wrong. One girl broke my collar bone by shoving me off the top of a lookout thing at a park when I was 15. I was just sent to the hospital then asked why I dont just stay away from her and if I didn't want trouble I should lose weight..... I was 135lbs... got SAed when I was 16 and was just grounded and told I got what I asked for because I went to that party... seriously.... we have come a long way in some ways. Im so glad the bullying seems ridiculous to you... it should. It was.

In the 80's and 90's... bullying was a Major issue! I was bullied all the way from 3rd grade.. to 7th grade.. until I beat up the bully in front of EVERYONE during breakfast in the cafeteria.. he started it.. I finished it! And as far as Caucasian schools and black schools... I am white.. and when to major black school.. and was bullied by black kids in 3rd and 4th grade.. and white kids in 5th through 7th.. so bullies really come in all colors... just saying! Happy ending tho.. after I beat the bully.. I became very popular from that point on.. and never got bullied again! In fact.. I even protected kids from bullies from then through high school!!

As much as it’s great for the show to have the kids growing up and maturing into adulthood, it is sad that Lucas’s friends weren’t there for him, when he made the winning shot at the championship game. Instead of being happy for Lucas finally doing something he loves to do, basketball, Lucas’s friends sadly don’t show up for the game, because either they’re afraid that Lucas will drop them to be a full fledge jock, jealous of him that he is becoming one of the cool kids in school, or both. I hope that Lucas will patch things up. BTW…. It’s hilarious that Erica, Lucas’s sister took his place in The Hells Fire Club.
