they should of made this a 4 vs 1 hunt and vecna could be a hunter tracking his victims on a timer to find a way out of a buillding or a forest all this mind bending stuff doesn't feel right to me. tracking them down pulling them apart limb from limmb...that's what i'd of done anyway(not a serial killer btw haha promise!! others will prob enjoy this game so have fun.

I believe it is. As well as that prequel play The First Shadow. But are just side material to fill in the gaps and details. Like the Star Wars expanded universe that has stories from different points of view and different time periods. Like the time period where Vecna and The Mind Flayer became partners in crime. Lol This game is set during when Henry Creel was first banished to The Upside Down, and The Mind Flayer and the entire Upside Down are trying to teach him how to master his abilities and whatnot. Basically explaining how their symbiotic relationship works. The Mind Flayer and Vecna are both trying to conquer each other, but are learning to try to share domain over the dimension instead. Like a tug of war LOL 💯

@@ParkerCS2 that is what I was thinking, I have a theory that in the last season Wil is going to fight against the mind flare and El is going to fight 1, plus I always thought that the mind flare was the nemesis of will because most of the bad things happened because of the mind flare. What do you think is going to happen.

@@Mindflaer my theories are that Vecna will be questioned by The Mind Flayer of his usefulness to it due to his failures from Season 4 and ponders wanting Will or El to be perfect replacements for second in commands, Vecna would insist he’s worthy of being its equal, Eleven and the gang will uncover more details involving Vecna’s past like the lore in The First Shadow revealing The Mind Flayer possessed him as a kid giving him his powers and always been whispering lies that human life was meaningless. Possibly also mention he had a love interest in high school who was the only person he ever truly loved who believed Henry was good deep down and tried to help him resist the shadow entity’s influence albeit it failed thus it lead to him accepting the Mind Flayer’s advice and letting go of his humanity. Maybe Patty Newby (his love interest) could appear in S5 for all we know. IDK if Vecna will necessarily be a redeemable villain since that’ll be clitche, but definitely the final season will expand the lore involving both his past as well as The Upside Down dimension since before his banishment it already existed as an eldritch hive mind superorganism and it is something fascinating to explore in those future planned spin offs after the main series ends. I bet that Stranger Things: Tokyo anime is going to be cool! But yeah, IDK whatever theories I can come up with at the moment. We got plenty of time to though since season 5 is still a long way ahead of us.

@@ParkerCS2 it’s a good thing you bought up the hole second in command thing, because I’ve been practicing whiting books by basically what can be called a fan fic while trying to stay as canon as possible. The fan made strange things book I’m making is basically some theories I’ve heard. The main one is that the mind flare doesn’t like one because his plan is to destroy everything while the mind flare plans to study humans, so in the story is that the mind flare tries to get will to join him, also Will has powers in my story because lots of people think he does, plus I always thought that the mind flare went after Will to be Henry’s replacement. This comet is getting to long so ether reply or like if you want to hear the rest, because I have more about the book but none that is relevant to your comment.
