In this video I wanted to share how I prepped for a little watch party to celebrate Season 4 Volume 2 of Stranger Things! Come along with me as I make no-bake banana oat cookies, set up the infamous lights on my wall, and make my very first charcuterie board!

Banana Oatmeal No Bake Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup chocolate chips, optional
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until they are nice and creamy
2. Mix in the peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) until thick and creamy
3. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips, sea salt, and ground cinnamon until everything is well incorporated
4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and drop mounds of dough on the sheet, creating whatever size cookies you like.
5. Transfer the tray of cookies to the freezer and freeze for at least one hour, or until the cookies have set up
