The way people listen, react, and vibe out to live performance is very cultural. So just because they don't lose it like some Americans do doesn't necessarily mean they aren't understanding or loving what's going on. I know what you're saying, but non-native English speakers may be hearing and appreciating things in ways many English speakers don't understand. Everybody hears things in their own way regardless of the first language.
