i had triops as a kid! they were really really cool and lived for quite a long time, they uhhh ended up getting too big and my mom released them in the OCEAN and apparently they are fresh water creatures?? so that is... not great but oh well i was like 8 at the time i didn’t know any better to be able to stop her. also lol i love how the video turned into a toy design critique at the end

See, Amazon can be a great place to go but it can also just be a laughing matter, though it does piss me off. I’ve been hoping to get a bird in the future, they have some great cages for decent prices, including the one that I want to get, indoor aviary 300$, but once I add that to cart it recommends me this cage barely even suitable for a hamster for 300$ labeling it as bird, mice, hamster cage. Like I said Amazon can be a great place but do your research and lookout for the scams. I’m in canada, first time I’ve ordered off of the us site I was scammed

The reason I asked if you could do a reaction to people who take fish from the wild and take them home to put in their ponds or aquariums just for views is because Nick caught a skate at night once, placed it in a cooler with an aerator, then drove home for two hours. Not surprising, the skate was dead within 24 hours due to the stress. I think if he had released it, it would still be alive. This is why I sometimes think Nick shouldn’t be taking fish from the wild, unless they’re considered invasive. Taking them from the wild to put them in your home aquarium is very likely to be stressful for the fish and they’re going from water that they’re used to to water in a tank that has chemicals being poured into it to treat the water. Nick also does not always state in his videos whether he checked with FWC or not. FWC stands for Florida Wildlife Commission. Nick also has a large audience who watch his videos. He will go to tide pools too and go looking for whatever he can find that he thinks is cool or unique to take home for his aquarium. Sometimes he will catch and release but it depends on what he’s wanting to do for the video.

I went on to Amazon to try to find a basic 10-15 gallon tank for my fish since ours was leaking and I was shocked at how for $100 you can get such a small tank we ended up supporting a local small fish store and we got our tank for like $25 - $30 so Amazon is a rip off

Hey Soda! I will now come to you for advice. I own 5 green and golden bell frogs and I have 2 questions / concerns. 1, my about 6 month old frog Cant keep its head up and keeps its back legs crossed over each other. I have got a uvb light and have been trying to force feed it as it is not Eating enough. It is only 1 out of the 5 and I’m really worried for it and I don’t know what else to do. Everyone else is fine. Now the question! What humidity level should I keep my tank at? I have the substrate at about 20-25 degrees right now so I know that is good. Just wondering on humidity. If anyone else can answer when they see this I will be open to use your suggestions!

I’m pretty sure she already has a video on keeping golden bell frogs. If you want more general frog info, you can always check out Snake Discovery’s frog videos, they’re not bell frogs but they could potentially be helpful. As for the frog that can’t keep its head up, maybe it has a genetic defect? Have you checked it’s spine and other bones?
