I love the Cat House On The Kings (lady with 28K cats). I've been following her for years. She turned her home and property into an open cat sanctuary. "Open" meaning the cats are not kept in cages, but allowed to roam freely over her fenced in 12 acre property. She runs responsibly, too. She does keep kittens an the infirmed confined, but only for their own welfare. Otherwise, all her cats (which are all up for adoption; she doesn't really HAVE 28K cats; usually about 700-800 at a time) are allowed to go wherever they want. I wish there were others like her. Keeping a cat in a cage day and night is horrible for them.

@deedeebolen
@deedeebolen 9 ай бұрын
@@nikoskonstantinidis4069 many humans have diseases too. So do dogs, cats, elephants, monkeys.. most pet rats are bred in clean environments from mostly pathogen free parents. Mycoplasma is the most commonly carried pathogen by pet rats. It is not contagious to humans. Rat bite fever (aka Streptobacillus moniliformis) is not common and is treatable in both rats and humans. When you acquire a new pet rat if you simply put them on a 14 day regimen of Doxycycline you can rid them of Streptobacillus moniliformis IF they are a carrier. But again that is not common. I had pet rats for many years, I was part of a rescue and at times had 80+ rats under my care. I was a bit a few times. I can tell you from experience cat bites are FAR worst. You will almost always develop an infection from a cat bite and it can get serious very quickly.

At my cottage i had seven cats and four ex battery farm chickens. Each chicken, like the cats had their own characters and personality traits but they loved to hang out in the kitchen or living room. They would make a happy sound but were little gits for swiping the cats food. They would beg for roast chicken too because they didn't know the poor things, they were not given it. Animals can be of immense joy and comfort to us, they can help with depression because they give you a reason to get up or help distract from pain or troubles. People with dogs have to walk them which helps both with exercise and socialibilty. However some of the people featured here have severe mental health issues, which either existed before or came after the pets death. At times these result in the animals suffering neglect or abuse because the owner is incapable of providing the correct basic care. Marrying a pet isn't good for anyone except for those who financially profit from it. Very different video again Be Amazed, yet another curve ball thrown topic wise 😮

I did keep my deceased dog's fur and things but i didnt make clothes out of it. I made a keep sake glass box. Has his puppy picture and old dog picture. His collar, favorite toy, and his fur in a little tube. It sits on a shelf with his ashes and paw print. That seems less creepy.
