Strangest Pokemon Glitch Ever

What the hell is this?! I don't know about you guys, but this seems to be the strangest glitch pokemon in the ROM that I've seen. This is the Female symbol glitch pokemon. Use the Wild Pokemon Modifier code 01C1D7CF to see it.
I can't even battle without it freezing the ROM.

This is Female (as its name is the female symbol) and can be encountered with the Mew Glitch (sp 193). It's known for locking the game due to its incredibly long possibly looping (and terrifying) cry. And it looks so creepy.

That's not even its cry. Its cry is actually identical to Raticate's. The "cry" you hear in battle for it is just the sound bank being corrupted by the appearance of the thing, playing in place of the battle music...but because the sound bank is corrupted at the time, the cry isn't allowed to play. But the game will not continue unless the cry plays, hence the softlock.

It's not because of it's cry. It's actually because it is supersized to such an extent that it's mere appearance trashes the Work RAM of the GB almost completely.

It just modifies the instrument data being used for each "voice", or plays game sounds out of place from where they normally are

@@abarette_ a few seconds prior to that point it was playing the trainer sq0 track, then there it jumps around and I'm pretty sure that's part of the Rocket hideout theme but in a completely different key. It doesn't sound like Silph co., and the only way I know that is because I've spent... a lot of time listening to the soundtrack with isolated channels (because school)

This is one of the weirdest glitches I've ever seen. In other instances, whether it be using old men to battle pokemon or finding glitched out pokemon along the shoreline, it's sporadic. This glitch is eerie, because the music doesn't static and the picture looks clear and coherent (instead of randomly placed eight bits). In a word, eerie.

Doruk Ayhan 0 - 150 are all other Pokemon including Mewtwo, and 151 is Mew. No. 152 is probably some random glitch Pokemon.

The game is always reading data, but sometimes data is missing or not even there, so there are 2 options: 1.) the game will crash 2.) the game will read different data so the game won't crash. That's why some glitch Pokémon have their own 'music'. It's the data.

Sometimes. Sometimes it's just garbage data being read as music, other times it's just reading one channel of some actual music and there are other times the game reads another music but correctly.

GLaDOS Well Pokemon Yellow and the other first generation games did have a lot of glitch pokemon. You can do this on a cartridge with a Gameshark OR an in-game glitch. I believe that is Female Symbol, who has a god awfully long cry.

I have done some resurch on that. It's cry depends on if you used game shark or mew glitch, where you encountered it, if you've caught it or not, and how many times yov'e seen or caught it.

Creepy Pasta.. Dis de real final boss. He's like an intelligent virus who exactly knows what "death" is really like and he has all the power over the game to do everything he wants. He wants to live alone, so he does hide somewhere deep in the code to live his live. But if someone uncovers him by digging to deep in the games code and you are trying to fight him then this happens: He disables all your controls over the game, so you can't do anything and warns you - in his own language - to ever come back again trying to kill him. Then he finally kills you so hard that the game is crashing.
