i cant believe i've never listened to his solo music when the stranglers are my favourite band of all time! he really is just BRILLIANT!!

Saw Hugh play this back in ??? 1997? 98? He was playing with supporting band Sumyunguise @ a little hall, in Chiddingfold, Surrey. Best solo gig I`ve ever seen of his. (days b4 camera phones unfortunately). Track is Torture Garden from the Guilty cd album.

From 5.03 goes into last track on album - House of Sorrow, written about a ghost that haunted Hugh`s house, he said he thought it was of a lonely sad apparition of a girl, who can`t leave, is attached to it !!!
