Yo, Agree with you there mate. And that from an Irish man. Mr Boyle had it right when he showcased Brit music in the fab finale of the 2012 Olympics. This music will be remembered 500 years from now and beyond..if we are still around. It was a renaissance...music of a free people. As for this song, I love it as a "fuck it all" song after a hard year before I head off to Spain ...when you take your power back.

Yes, spot on. I had a friend who was a busker and called Joe who played this beautifully and has now gone back to his country of origin - Portugal. I wish I had a photo of him. I gave him money and cried at the beauty of his guitar playing. He was so amazing. I did at least tell him that he was fantastic and that he. had made me happy for two years

My son was going to a festival a year or two ago. He was going through the bands playing and mentioned The Stranglers on Stage 3 etc, etc. , I laughed and told them I saw them live when I was about 16.
