Strasberg Fights (Louise vs Seya) Summer 2016

Summer semester in 2016 at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in Los Angeles. We wanted to create a scene, taking place in a home/apartment where the actors have to perform around obstacles (and sometimes on top!) such as furniture an tables etc. We wanted to show and teach them about being aware of your surroundings for safety, because you won't always have a big open space environment to fight in. Both did an amazing job and can't wait to work with them again! Hopefully in the near future.

The use of elements of the house (from the notebook to the kitchen knife) clearly gives extra realism. Both Louise and Seya move very well in that scheme. I see it is one of the oldest videos uploaded, but the degree of elaboration is higher. Were they more advanced students than the other guys?

So glad you enjoyed it. They both did an amazing job! I wouldn't say they were more advance than the others, but because they came up with story and idea I think they were just more passionate with it and really wanted it to look good.
