Foreshadowing…the Reds traded popular Tony Perez to Montreal for Woody Fryman and a Dale Murray. Fryman pitched horribly and eventually left the team. Reds fans remember that trade to this day. On a side note, Cesar Geronimo would have fainted if you told him he was leading off. He hit 8th 99.9% of the time.

Hey Z. You think the 1976 cardstock is thin? The new 2022 set seems much thicker stock. I put all my cards into 3x5 cellophane sleeves which makes them much more durable and rigid. Your input would be appreciated.

Billingham was a mei pitcher at best. Most of his Ws came as a result of playing for Cincinnati and the machine. Fryman was excellent with Detroit.
