Hi, I have question.. Now that they stock large amount of product so it is delivered in one large truck ( low cost transportation and fast availability) is good idea but how about { Inventory } -> won't that cost a lot since large spaces are needed ? How quality is ensured with large quantities? How do they deal with that ? Thanks,

Walmart have approximately 20,000 supplier, and very large customers numbers So they must have an inventory Lean principles do not work well for every country due to the market , products , demand characteristics
