Hi Ruth, thank you for sharing your insights on such an important topic! First off, I must say, your hairstyle looks amazing! As an African and a Christian too, your message deeply resonates with me. In our African culture, finding a spouse is often emphasized, but it’s crucial to remember that God has a unique plan for each of us. There’s someone for everyone, but desperation shouldn’t drive our actions. Our faith teaches us to trust in God’s timing and be led by the Holy Spirit. Authentic connections happen when we’re true to ourselves, not when we try to fit into societal expectations or external strategies. The Bible itself has notable figures who never married, yet they fulfilled God’s purpose for their lives. Life is short, and our ultimate goal should be happiness and fulfillment, whether that includes marriage or not. Instead of focusing solely on finding a spouse, let’s focus on personal growth, faith, and being sensitive to God’s direction. For those who are meant to marry, God will orchestrate the meeting in His perfect timing. Thank you again for this encouraging video, Ruth. And to anyone that comes across this comment: It’s a great reminder that we should live authentically and trust in God’s perfect plan for our lives. Good day!
