I think taking the draw was premature. You had 3 pieces to his one scout. I would have tried to see if you could force him to make a mistake with his scout using what you know of 2 square rule as you and I shared with the community. It is likely he may have been able to evade your 3 pieces but all it takes is one misstep for you to capitalize. Good game otherwise from both of you.
