Yes. He might have cleared it in his first attempt but gave 2-3 years for preparation before it. Also the booklist for PSIR that he mentioned have exhaustive which can be completed by someone who has a lot of time and has the same background.

Actually.. it's same thing happening with me too.. I'm so confused since last 2 month..& still couldn't decide.. But I agree that.. geography is infinity & anything can be asked from this..also it has vast syllabus.. Although it's favorite but will have to choose wisely.. because if we play with optional then optional will play with our life... I mean..we shouldn't take optional lightly..

Nothing is sufficient as such, but the only choice we are left is trying our best to cover the syllabus. About the notes, it's good only as a supplementary but shouldn't be substituted with std. books

@@mdjubairansari7470 ya it's correct but if you choose your specialized subject than you can score more coz question related to your optional is not asking from outside but from syllabus & as far I know all student must have their notes & they can prepare themselves according to the syllabus. And the syllabus is same as the graduation subject. You can hear it from toppers also. They also give the same advice but your words are also right they can opt any other interested subject if they want 😌😌
