Strategy on list of stocks using StochasticRSI

It's not taking trade when stochrsi is added in condition, remains in active mode sitting idle while stochrsi indicator crossover happens. And when I removed it, it started taking positions based on other conditions mentioned.

HI, how to be in trade always i.e either on the BUY side or on the SELL side. Basically need to exit from BUY leg just before entering the other leg ‘SELL
