If you want humility, check out her auditon on BGT, where she does "Tomorrow" from Annie, described as "Simon's worst song". Her album "My Way" is out, and it is eleven nuggets of inspiration, including two Christmas songs. She allso performed in Los Angeles on November 3rd at David Foster's 75th birthday bash. She is on the verge of being a star.

Hey Jeff, I bet you weren't expecting that. Her audition that they were talking about is coming next. You'll really be able to see her personality during her audition and she's kind of like Morissette in the fact that after you hear her you go how can you not love her. Enjoy Leonid and friends this week and I'll be waiting for my picture right after the meet and greet. Great reaction as usual my friend.
@jennyhenningham4100Ай бұрын
She does build it a little bit at a time. All of a sudden you think "wait, what how did that happen?" Then you realise how she has brought you on a journey before you knpw it. Next look at her audition, Tomorrow - a little girl song that she makes grow up to be an adult.
@monterock67262 ай бұрын
This is very good but her performance (her audition) where she sung the song Tomorrow really shows what she's got. She actually makes a song that you've heard a kazillion times sound like it's a song that really has meaning.

when i need to believe in humanity, and have faith in the goodness of people, i watch these shows. similar to watching reaction videos like yours, these competitions give me a real boost when sharing in other's success. to see people who have worked so hard at their craft to finally be recognized and supported is just the kind of pickup i need when i am down and overcome by my day. sharing is caring. tyvm for psoitng and supporting artists like this. ☮❤🙏

In the BGT final she sang "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" in her own very impressive way.
@lawrenceb52362 ай бұрын
Actually, it was Loren Allred’s version she used. You heard Loren’s version after Sydnie finished singing Tomorrow in her audition.
@bassproable15 күн бұрын
Loren actually asked Sydnie to sing Somewhere over the Rainbow for her finally.
@lawrenceb523615 күн бұрын
@@bassproable Where do you get your information? That is incorrect. Sydnie stated in an interview that it was the producers of BGT that asked her to sing it because they only had 3 days between the semifinals and the finals, and they had to come up with something quick. Sydnie initially refused because it was Loren’s version. At that point, the producers contacted Loren and asked her to give her blessing, which she did, along with message of encouragement to Sydnie. They even used Loren’s soundtrack due to the time constraints.

Check out Tomorrow, and I would encourage you to look at the entire 10 minutes (intro and judging). It's the best 10 minutes of television I have seen in decades. She is spectacular, and so humble. Beautiful. Nice job here.

Hi, Jeff! Thank you for this reaction. Sydnie (yes, that is actuallly her name and surname) is/was my grandparents' neighbour. She grew up in that house but has not lived there for some years most of the time in the past few years. Sydnie has gone on to release a successful album, has work (stage and recording) lined up and is due to perform tonight (22 November 2024) in the Royal Variety Show, in front of Their Majesties, King Charles III and Queen Camilla, at the Royal Albert Hall. Not bad for a little girl with a huge voice and massive ambition from a small village in Kent!

Her audition was a show stopper too, "Tomorrow".
@dennisorwin87162 ай бұрын
I hope you will react to her original audition, Tomorrow. She has such an incredible personality on view there. In that interview, you will get some of her backstory in musical theater, getting very few gigs, so BGT was her "last ditch effort" to have a musical career. Her performance is outstanding as it is, yet compared to My Way, it does not reveal her full power and range, because she has low self-esteem. Thus, the judges were especially surprised with My Way because most contestants give their best on their first audition, and are often disappointing on their second. Not Sydnie. Then you must watch Over the Rainbow, her BGT winning finale. She always builds a song, she always modifies the lyrics and melody lines, and she sells every song.

Your reaction to Sydnie's voice and personality is wonderful. In fact, she was the winner of BGT 2024. Allow me to suggest to you: At your disposal you have the 1st audition on BGT (you get to know Sydnie's personality) or the Final. Or listen to her 1st Album (11 tracks). All on Sydnie's You Tube channel - Recently, at the invitation of David Foster,s he was present at the David Foster's 75th Birthday - Hollywood Bowl Se will soon be present at the Royal Varietu Performance and in February 2025 she will begin her tour of the United Kingdom. Enjoy!

I noticed that you didn’t talk over the video once. 😂 she really sucks you and doesn’t she. You have just witnessed the beginning of superstar. I heard you say that you are a guitarist. Have you ever heard of MARCIN? If not, I suggest you check out one of his videos. He does everything from classical to metal. If you go to his website and just pick any video that interest you, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. If you’ve already heard of him well then never mind. I’ve heard professional guitar say that after watching him, they are going to quit playing guitar. 🤭 he is considered the best percussive finger style guitars in the world. And he just turned 24. A true prodigy. greetings from Southern California. 🤗💋🥰
