In this video we will examine a superb, original 1940 Gibson EH-150, and then perform an extensive overhaul of the circuit to ensure that it will continue to play well for many years to come. Due to the stunning originality of the amp, I was motivated to conceal all my circuit work in ways that I think you will appreciate. The final sound check reveals some minor issues, like cabinet vibration at high volume, and excess gain in the Microphone channel....all of which will be dealt with before returning the amp to its proud owner. In addition, we will catch up on Ollie, the feral guitarist, and have a catnip break with Jack and KC. Our second feature will cover some extensive bodywork that I had to perform on a 1928 Ford coupe, prior to trading it for the 1932 Ford pickup you saw in a previous video. All in all, this video contains a little over one full hour of hard work and nonsense. I hope you enjoy it :)
