Great review! I think this movie hit in a lot of great spots, but I think you described how I felt pretty accurately when explaining the "weaker" aspects of the film. The idea of how something doesn't quite hit because you don't necessarily feel it, and the concept of telling rather than showing. Some things just didn't land as hard as it could have it was executed differently. Overall though, I found it to be pretty entertaining, but I didn't leave the theater overly excited. I had a good time, but not necessarily a great time. It sits somewhere around 3.5 / 5 for me. Because of this movie's specific goals and objectives, it feels rather removed from the other two Deadpool entries, but I think this movie has the potential to pave a nice road for future marvel projects that want to continue to play around with the R rating, as well as what it could mean for the future of certain characters / Marvel properties in the MCU.

Based off of being pure entertained.. 5/5. Sure, things could have been tighter in the film, but I’m okay with how it is. Cameos might be top 3 cameos in a film all time. But the thing no one is talking about, is the love story. This, like the other 2 films, is a tragic love story. Deadpool is fighting for the one that has his heart, nothing else matters. I don’t know if I’m in love with Morena Baccarin or the character Vanessa but as a viewer i just want them to be okay and in love. 🤣 can’t wait to see it again

I totally agree with you! Saw it last night at the first screening possible! It is SO much fun - not a perfect movie and definitely going to lose value over time (a little like No Way Home) but I had a great night out and would give it 4/5

ive watched it twice, and he didnt spoil literally anything. first off we already knew he was going to the tva and somehow going to the void. we all knew this was going to be a cameo fest and he didnt say one cameo. he spoiled nothing.
