you know i can she this as an actual au or thing happen as sorry if this spoils one peace spoilers below VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV but scara or luffy in this au as he has been show ate the hito hito no mi model nika so he became human as for his child appearnce lets say scara found a way to make puppets him self to make a new body we can assume many probably thousands of years have passed sicne teyvat and luffy's old body started to decay and malfunction aftern ot having proper mantince he is a puppet after all so with limited recources he test and made him self a puppet with a child's body and when he ate the gum gum fruit/ human human fruit he became an actual human probably still having his imortality he had as a puppet now human he ages like one but he has reached god level in his old body no doubt he added some functions to this new body before the devil fruit and then now having a all intents god fruit once unlocked he is now a god him self properly this time too and as for his vision we can assume it was hidden in a chest cavity he made in the body before he got the devil fruit to hide it and now that his body is human it probably in a way fused with his body or his body has slowly been rejecting it but when he ate the gum gum fruit its now just under the skin the body unable to force it out like a human body would due to the rubbery nature. this is my take on such an AU forgive my ramble. edit: just thought about how this would work with dragon maybe when making the new puppet body with the way Ei's puppets are made its thought to be an off shoot on how albedo came to be and such maybe luffy's current body has dragon's DNA in it and in all ways is a proper child of dragon the devil fruit in a way making it final.
