My Strawberry Angel Food Cake is light as air, soft as clouds and just about perfect with cream and berries. Let's have a try and you will love it!
Angel food cake usually in white color because it only use egg white, flour and sugar as main ingredients, today I add strawberry powder as a food color ingredients to make the cake color to pink, which more lovely and beautiful! You can use any kind of food color ingredients to make your own angel cake.

🍽️Recipe (ingredients) (Yield: 4 servings, for the cake mold : 8” square)
15g Vegetable oil
20g Milk (for 1st time to add into the bowl mix with the oil)
10g Strawberry Powder
1g Red Beet Powder (optional)
40g Cake Flour
55g - 60g Milk (to adjust the consistency of the batter after flour and powder added)
115g Egg White (egg white from 4 - 5 egg approximately)
5g Lemon Juices
38g Sugar
200g Pastry Cream (or Whipping Cream in any flavor)

📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. Each oven has a different firepower, you can adjust the time and temperature of your oven when needed.
2. Instead of Pastry Cream. It’s great with any cream you like.
3. Add lemon juice to the egg white will make the taste more refreshing and whipping easily.
