just a reminder there should be a rack or towel in the bottom of your pot so that when you are water bath canning the jars do not break..that is why they were constantly making that noise rocking on the bare bottom of the pot..also do not forget to wash the rims of your jars with vinegar before add the lid so that you get a good seal and no bacteria
