What is quark?

@ Brenda Rodriguez Quark is a type of fresh dairy product made by warming soured milk until the desired amount of curdling is met, and then straining it. It can be classified as fresh acid-set cheese. Its a central European thing. You can without any problem replace it with greek yoghurt or cream cheese :) Cookswiss

@Evy Hernandez Yes of course, i would use greek style yoghurt that’s very similar to quark in terms of consistency. Sauer Cream will work as well :) Greetings Cookswiss
